All event planning, decoration, and styling services provided by Nilendriya Style and Events are subject to availability and mutual agreement. A formal confirmation and advance payment are required to secure bookings.

Payments & Cancellations:
Clients must pay a specified advance to confirm the event. Full payment must be completed before the event date. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event may incur partial or full charges depending on the preparations already made.

Customization & Changes:
We strive to accommodate your preferences. However, changes in event themes, venue layouts, or schedules must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients must ensure accurate event details and provide timely access to the venue. Nilendriya Style and Events is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Liability:
While we take every measure to deliver a flawless experience, Nilendriya Style and Events shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, vendor delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

Intellectual Property:
All designs, photos, and concepts shared by Nilendriya Style and Events remain our intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
